Elia Twigg is the owner and Principal Engineer of Lantic Solutions, a leading design and consulting firm based in Brevard County. With a diverse range of specialties including drainage plans, onsite wastewater systems, organizational reviews, and leadership and management development, Elia brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Prior to founding Lantic Solutions, Elia garnered over six years of invaluable experience at CONSOR Engineers, a renowned transportation design and construction services firm. She also served the City of Palm Bay Public Works Department for a decade, ultimately assuming the esteemed position of Public Works Director for the last three and a half years.

Elia holds a professional engineering license and boasts both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Florida. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, serving in prominent roles within organizations such as the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Currently, she chairs the Leadership and Management national committee for APWA, contributing valuable content and publishing numerous articles in the APWA Reporter Magazine. Elia is also a co-author of the acclaimed Executive Soft Skills Pocket Guide, available in the APWA bookstore.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Elia finds joy in her personal life. She is happily married and cherishes time spent with her two children, ages 13 and 15. In her leisure moments, Elia indulges in family activities, and loves traveling, fishing, biking, and maintaining an active lifestyle through regular workouts.
